VetFlow ("Service") is owned by DAM ALHOLOOL (دعم الحلول) and delivered through the Que platform. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

2. Data We Collect

  • Account information: name, email, phone number
  • Clinic information: clinic name, commercial registration number, VAT number
  • Usage data: login records, devices, IP addresses
  • Animal medical records: stored on behalf of the clinic and not personal data of service users

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Providing and operating the Service
  • Sending billing and renewal notifications
  • Technical support and issue resolution
  • Improving the Service based on usage patterns

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share data with essential service providers (e.g., hosting and payment processors) under confidentiality agreements, or when required by Saudi law.

5. Data Security

We use TLS encryption for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for sensitive stored data. Daily backups are maintained.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of your subscription. After cancellation, data is kept for 90 days then permanently deleted, unless legally required otherwise.
