Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using VetFlow you accept these terms. The service is provided by DAM ALHOLOOL (دام الحلول) through the Que platform. If you do not agree, stop using the service.

2. Service Description

VetFlow is a cloud-based veterinary clinic management system covering: animal and appointment management, medical visits, point of sale, inventory, tax invoicing, and performance reports.

3. Account & Security

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any suspected breach
• Sharing accounts with parties outside your organization is prohibited

4. Subscription & Payment

• Prices in Saudi Riyals (SAR) inclusive of 15% VAT
• 14-day free trial with no credit card required
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 48 hours before renewal date
• Payments are non-refundable

5. Your Data

Your clinic and animal data remains yours. We process it solely to operate the service. You may export your data at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for:

• Any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Attempting unauthorized access or security breaches
• Entering false or misleading data

7. Availability

We target 99.5% uptime. We are not liable for outages caused by force majeure, scheduled maintenance, or third-party failures.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate the service for breach of these terms, with prior notice where possible.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Saudi Arabian law. Disputes are resolved through competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
